The Canajoharie-Palatine Bridge Farmers Market is your place to purchase locally grown fruits, greens, vegetables and meat plus an assortment of other farm-related products. The market can be found outside the entrance to the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library on Saturdays from 10:00am-1:00pm and Wednesdays from 4:00-7:00pm. The market runs from May 21, 2011 through October 29, 2011.
Rich in agriculture, the beautiful Mohawk Valley is abundant in naturally rich soil that produces nutritious fruits and vegetables as well as hay and grain to feed livestock. By purchasing products raised on our farms you are playing a large role in preserving the farmland used to produce our food for generations to come.
We are located in Canajoharie, just off Exit 29 of the Thruway and within walking distance of the boat dock on the Mohawk River. So whether you are cruising along the Mohawk River, on your way to historic Sharon Springs, Cooperstown, Saratoga Springs, the Adirondacks, or here to take a ride in our beautiful countryside to view our magnificent scenery or to get a glimpse of our Amish farmers working their fields, stop by our Market to purchase locally grown, nutritious food for you, your friends and family.
Stop by and meet the men and women that raise fresh and nutritious food for our tourists and our community. Hope to see you there!
